Woodshop

Creating something with natural materials with ones hands is a very satisfying experience. We at Congo want to share this aspect of being created in the image of our Creator.

Accordingly we have equipped a large and well equipped woodworking shop for church members and anyone from the Fremont community who has interest in learning and developing their woodworking skills. Generous contributors have made possible a well equipped shop area. Wood, supplies, and tools are available for woodworkers to use.

Whether  a novice or a pro working side by side with others adds a wonderful dimension to our church life and in the midst of laughter, serious focus and lots of sawdust we have a lot of fun and at the same time make a great variety of projects.
